We want to hire a passionate and hardworking Telemarketer to join our Sales team.
As a Telemarketer, you should render sales either by answering the potential customer’s requests or by cold calling. You
will be accountable for influencing both existing and potential clients to buy our products/services.
You must be persuasive and friendly. You must be able to understand the client’s requirements in a short span of time and
present them with viable solutions. Your objective here will be to promote business growth and find new opportunities by
expanding the brand’s clientele.
- Call our prospective customers using a provided phone directory to sell merchandise/services or even solicit donations
Answer all the incoming calls from potential clients.
- Write sales scripts to close the sale deals.
- Use documents to provide accurate details about the product’s features, its price range, etc along with the benefits it
- Ask logical questions to understand the customer’s needs.
- Persuade the clients to buy by explaining to them how the services or products meet their requirements.
- Deal with doubts and complaints to secure the company’s reputation.
- Prepare sales records and all the useful information.
- Go ‘extra mile’ to achieve sales targets and facilitate future sales.
- Proven work experience as a Telemarketer, Sales Representative, or equivalent Customer Services/Sales role.
- Proven record of being able to achieve sales target.
- Know-how of CRM software and telephone systems.
- Proficiency in the English & Hindi Language will be a must.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional knowledge of sales talk techniques.
- Patient enough to deal with customer rejections.
Experience: 1-3 Years
Education: Graduation (Preferable – MBA)
Salary Range: (2.4 – 3.60) LPA + Travel & Mobile Allowances + Incentives

- Traveling to potential schools, institutes, colleges, universities, etc. within an assigned sales area.
- Developing and sustaining long-term healthy business relationships with schools, institutes, colleges & universities
- Persistently meeting or exceeding sales target by persuading the management authorities.
- 1-3 years of proven B2B sales experience in EdTech Industry is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting sales target.
- Effective communication skills.
- Comfortable using a computer & Mobile APP for various tasks.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well with little supervision.
- Adhering to the timelines for any work assigned.

- Implementing the ideas in web designing.
- Design, implement and manage websites using WordPress.
- Revamping the website and make it visually appealing & engaging.
- Uploading blogs & videos on weekly basis.
- Optimizing the website using best practices.
- Creating survey forms.
- Maintain well documented, reusable, and transferrable code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website problems.
- Optimising websites for better performance.
- Fixing all the issues associated to the websites.
- Regular backups and updates.
- Ability to create websites which are appealing to the users using creative thinking.
- Ability to create reusable components from scratch.
- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design
- Proficiency in front-end development and designing on WordPress.
- Good understanding of content management systems.
- Good understanding of search engine optimization principles.
